Although quite basic, the room was comfortable and clean. The bed itself was fantastic with ample linen and quilts.
The time-restricted sessions for wifi were a bit inconvenient.

Convenient location, staff friendly, good linen and outwardly clean room (ignoring the stale toast and lost sock under the bed)
Unfortunately, is typical of most country motels: rooms are too few to be financially viable and too small and old for contemporary fittings and fixtures. Furniture is durable, but looks to have been acquired second hand from a hospital. There are No Smoking rooms, but smokers stand just outside their door in front of our adjacent (only) window - so, voila, we have a smoking room!. There was an ironing board and folding luggage rack provided: they were crammed diagonally inside the small wardrobe - making the wardrobe unusable - take them out and there is nowhere to store the ironing board. Ten turns are required to turn off the shower taps.

the location made it easy to reach my appointments quickly. the staff were incredibly friendly, and the smoking areas outside were a nice touch. I loved the comfortable bed with soft sheets, and the kitchenette was perfect for preparing simple meals. Plus, the room was immaculate, and having a smart TV with Netflix was a delightful surprise.
Couldn't recommend more this hotel.

Front Desk woman was very pleasant and helpful
Guest laundry options are very expensive. We were informed about the cost and decided to do it anyways, but $7 for a load is a little steep.
